In this role, you’ll be planning and executing integrated digital campaigns - from concept to delivery. You’ll craft compelling copy, build engaging email journeys, set up email automations, and create cross-channel copy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions. We’re looking for a creative storyteller and strategic thinker who thrives on turning ideas into measurable results across marketing channels. You’ll collaborate closely with everyone on the team to grow the reach and impact of our programs and elevate our business offerings.
What you will be doing:
Email marketing and automation:
- Own the full lifecycle of email campaigns - from planning and copywriting to setup, testing, and deployment;
- Manage and optimize automated email workflows and nurture sequences across audiences and programs;
- Ensure brand consistency, segmentation accuracy, and continuous A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion.
Content creation and storytelling:
- Craft high-quality, audience-focused content for multiple formats — including blog posts, website copy, ads, and social media;
- Maintain a cohesive tone of voice and messaging across all touchpoints;
- Collaborate with designers and subject-matter experts to bring ideas to life through compelling narratives and visuals.
Performance analysis and optimization:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, turning data into insights and actionable recommendations;
- Build and maintain up-to-date dashboards and reports for lead-generation activities and overall marketing KPIs.
Collaboration and project management:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, program, design, and sales) to ensure message alignment and timely execution;
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

What will make you successful in this role:
- 3-5 years of rears of hands-on experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, email marketing, and lead generation;
- Proven ability to create engaging copy and content across channels including email, web, social media, and paid campaigns;
- Understanding SEO principles and content optimization;
- Experience managing and optimizing automated email journeys and nurture campaigns;
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM or email automation platforms);
- Comfortable working with data - able to measure performance, extract insights, and translate them into actionable improvements;
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time;
- A proactive team player who enjoys sharing ideas, providing feedback, and working cross-functionally;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English;
- Additional experience in social media management would be a plus;
- Experience in the FMCG sector, education, tech, or ecommerce, and some B2B experience would be a plus.
