To support the growth of our corporate training business and cutting-edge platforms designed to enable businesses to deliver modern skilling to their employees and to support lifelong learning in the AI-powered era, we are looking for a strategic, consultative and highly driven professional to help us expand our B2B footprint.

In this role, you will work closely with companies to understand their needs, engage key stakeholders, and position Telerik Academy’s solutions effectively. You will also play an important part in growing our corporate training line, while participating in the coordination of the design of custom and large-scale learning programs with trainers and experts.

What you will be doing:

  • Consult companies to understand their goals, challenges, and learning needs, and recommend the most relevant Telerik Academy solutions;
  • Play an active role in building and growing Telerik Academy’s corporate training business line;
  • Identify key stakeholders, initiate contact, and drive meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers;
  • Organize and lead client meetings to move opportunities forward and build strong long-term partnerships;
  • Coordinate the creation of custom and large-scale learning programs together with trainers and subject matter experts;
  • Manage the full business development cycle, from initial outreach and proposal development to negotiation, contracting, and final agreement;
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and tailored proposals that clearly communicate the value of our solutions;
  • Work closely with our CEO and internal teams across Marketing, Finance, and Learning to ensure smooth execution and client success;
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in the CRM and support reliable sales forecasting;
  • Build strong knowledge of Telerik Academy’s programs, services, pricing, and ways of working.

What will make you successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in software solutions, IT services, or a similar fast-paced environment;
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and in identifying client needs to shape relevant solutions;
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, including proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and closing;
  • Confidence in engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in larger organizations;
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and the ability to identify opportunities and drive them forward independently;
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and building pipeline through outbound efforts and networking;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders around a shared goal;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing opportunities, follow-ups, and CRM data;
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken;
  • Experience in the tech education, learning, or upskilling space would be considered a strong advantage.
