Mladen Borisov has 18 years of experience in digital marketing, working with global brands including Milka, Danone, Nestlé, Lidl, and Heineken before moving into startups and ed-tech.
Today, he is Marketing Director at eBag.bg, where he leads marketing, customer support, and cross-functional AI integration initiatives focused on turning AI into real operational impact.
His background spans both enterprise marketing and startup environments, with hands-on experience in AI adoption, growth strategy, and digital business operations.
